If you are registering for the Youth League, filling out this form is the first step. After you fill out the form please go click “Make a Payment”  to finalize your teams registration. You can also print out the Registration form and Mail it with a Check or Money Order to (made out to “LIFFL”): LIFFL, PO BOX 518, BETHPAGE, NY 11714

Once payment is received your team will be registered
